Antalya – Perge, Aspendos and Kursunlu Waterfall

You will be picked up at approximately 08:30 from your hotel in central Antalya. The first stop will be Perge, the most important ancient city in the Pamphylia region, which was originally settled by the Hittites around 1500 BC. We will tour Roman heritage sites such as the Stadium, Roman Gate, Nymphaeum, Roman Baths, Hellenistic Gate, Agora and newly restored Roman streets. Afterwards, we will head to a local family restaurant and have a traditional Turkish lunch. Next, we will head to the ancient city of Aspendos with its theatre, which seats 15,000 people and is considered one of the best-preserved Roman theatres in Anatolia and is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was built by the architect Zeno in the second century AD. It now hosts annual operas and festivals during the summer. At the end of the day, we will visit the spectacular Kursunlu Waterfall. Surrounded by ancient trees and light blue water, this magnificent waterfall is a popular destination for locals. An unforgettable day full of experiences awaits you. At 18:00, you will be transferred to your hotel in Antalya.
